Music at Co-Cath (MACC) Unveils 2025–2026 Season: “Light in the Shadows: Choral Journeys of Hope and Renewal”
Brooklyn’s most immersive choral theater experience announces a season of music that journeys from darkness into light, featuring works by Victoria, Monteverdi, MacMillan, and Shaw.
Music at Co-Cath (MACC), based in the majestic Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph in Prospect Heights, is proud to announce its 2025–2026 season, “Light in the Shadows: Choral Journeys of Hope and Renewal.” Known for transforming sacred music into theatrical and multi-sensorial immersive experiences, MACC invites audiences to explore the interplay of light and darkness through some of the most profound choral works ever written.
Each performance is free and open to all, transforming the Co-Cathedral into a gathering place where audiences of every background can share in beauty, reflection, and renewal.
“Our season asks audiences to travel with us through darkness into light,” says Artistic Director Alejandro Zuleta. “With works that span centuries, from Victoria to Shaw, we’re building moments of awe and intimacy that speak directly to the human need for hope and healing.”
